About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our field and office teams by entering, managing, and organizing essential project data. Your work will ensure accurate recordkeeping, smooth internal communication, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:
Enter and update client, vendor, and project data in company systems
Maintain organized digital records of contracts, permits, estimates, and invoices
Upload job site photos, documentation, and change orders to project folders
Prepare spreadsheets and basic reports for management review
Support project managers and office staff with administrative tasks
Ensure all entries meet accuracy and formatting standards.
Pay : $33,000 - $46,000

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or office coordination

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in entering and reviewing data

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general office software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Basic understanding of construction or home remodeling industry (a plus)

  • Familiarity with CRM or construction management platforms is preferred (BuilderTrend), (Quickbooks)
